Every decision in the process is designed to eliminate a specific failure point, reducing callbacks, water damage, and long-term maintenance to zero. Layer 1: Why Does Waterproofing Come First?
Most contractors focus on tile and looks before stopping water. We build a fully waterproof shell before anything decorative goes in.
Water is the number one reason bathrooms fail. With proper waterproofing, water can’t leak into the walls, water drains where it’s supposed to, and mold and rot don’t get a chance to start.
Layer 2: How Does Proper Drainage Prevent Failure?
Water should never guess where to go. We make sure floors slope the right way, drains are set at the correct height, and water moves fast, not sideways. This keeps floors dry, prevents smells, and avoids long-term damage.

HydroBlok is a waterproof substrate system that replaces cement board behind shower walls and flooring. It creates a continuous barrier with its own manufacturer lifetime warranty.
High-Tech Polymer (HTP) is a durable, grout-free wall system available in a wide range of tile and pattern designs. PuroStone is an engineered stone surface that replicates marble and natural stone without the maintenance. Both carry lifetime manufacturer warranties. The choice comes down to aesthetic preference.
